Rustic Cabin Rental

This "Rustic Early 1800's Log Cabin" is the closest private rental on the northern end of Lake Raystown. The view from the cabin looks down the hill to the water, with less than a 5 minute walk to the water. We overlook the inlet going out from Snyders Run Boat Launch, so you can see and hear boat traffic. Guests that visit enjoy the closeness to the water with the private setting. Bring your walking shoes and enjoy the miles of walking trails we have on our 120 acres of property.

Features of the cabin:

	Large wrap around deck with gas grill.
	Screened in area for eating with a view down the hill to the lake.
	Large sunroom/sitting area with 3 large windows with a view complete with comfortable wicker furniture.
	Great room has a large sectional couch and wood burning stove.
	Kitchen area has large dining table, gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, complete with all cooking utensils and tableware.
	A winding staircase leads to a large room with a full bed and two twin beds.
	Two separate sleeping areas, furnished completely, each with full size bed.
	Shower only in the bathroom.
	Bedspreads and or quilts and pillows for all beds. Linens and towels are provided.
	Sleeps 8 comfortably.
	Closest private rental on the northern end of Lake Raystown.

Rental prices are per eight people.
Plus all applicable sales tax.
Maximum of 8 people per night.
Day guest at the rate of $8.00 day
Two boat trailer maximum -
Additional trailer parking $15.00 day
ONE DOG MAXIMUM - $25.00 charge / non refundable

Two night deposit required to reserve reservation
Holiday Weekend reservations required in full

Cancellation Policy:
100% refund if canceled within 6 weeks to reservation
50% refund if canceled within 2 weeks to reservation
NO REFUND if canceled less than 2 weeks prior

NO SMOKING INSIDE THE CABIN. NO FIREARMS PERMITTED.
NO ATV’S PERMITTED. NO FIREWORKS OR BB GUNS.
